Beta Terms of Service

HostWizard ("we") is currently an invite-only beta. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

HostWizard reads data from your property-management system (PMS) using an API key you provide, and presents analytics and recommendations. Recommendations (rates, minimum stays) are decision support, not advice: you are responsible for every change you make in your PMS.

Your API key

Provide a READ-ONLY key wherever your PMS supports it. Your key is encrypted at rest and used solely to read reservations, room types, and related data for your dashboard. You can revoke it in your PMS at any time, which immediately cuts our access.

Beta reality

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Numbers can be wrong, features can change, and downtime can happen. Don't make irreversible business decisions on a beta tool without checking your PMS directly. During the beta the service is free; we will give clear notice before anything is charged.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us; we deactivate the account and delete your stored PMS credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
